The state winery Meersburg has been producing wine at Lake Constance for more than 800 years. On 63 hectares of vineyards, Staatsweingut Meersburg is producing over 400000 bottles of wine per year. In addition to climate change, wineries have to take account of a strongly changed customer behavior.
