goodsociety is a denim clothing brand that combines fashion and sustainable lifestyle with stylish design and premium organic products. The brand statement is simple: Build the most valuable product, cause no unnecessary harm and use business to inspire and effect solutions for a better life for all.

During the strategy phase, we analyzed the status quo while looking for growth opportunities. Within 2 years goodsociety had built a very successful growing B2B wholesale business and a B2C consumer online store that was below-expected benchmark performance.The old goodsociety e-commerce  was built with unique tools like 360-degree views and a size comparison tool. The shop was one-year-old and built with the traditional Website design process. After analyzing the strategy results we suggested to implement the Growth Driven Design process for the goodsociety e-commerce platform
